Return and Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the issue, your order number, and a description. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 5–14 business days.
Incorrect items must be returned using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping or U.S. territories are currently supported.
Orders are processed within 15 business days and typically arrive within 15 business days after processing (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Payment Policy
All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is applied in accordance with California law.

Ownership of commissioned work transfers to the client only upon full payment.
